Our story
Gluco was inspired by the personal experience of its two co-founders, Ryan and Lea. When Lea was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 10, it marked the start of a challenging journey. Ryan, though not diabetic, witnessed the overwhelming process firsthand—the uncertainty, the constant search for reliable advice, and the struggle to find the right resources.
Together, they realized how isolating and stressful it can be to navigate diabetes alone. This shared realization led to the creation of Gluco—a platform where individuals can find the support, guidance, and community they need to make managing diabetes easier.
